Walking has been described as the perfect exercise and East Sussex Health Walks is a scheme offering free short walks which last no longer than an hour. Some walks only last 30 minutes. Their programme consists of community health walks which are open to all and walks for specific groups.
The walks take place every week throughout the year (but not on public holidays and bank holidays) unless otherwise stated. The walks are easy and suitable for all ages and abilities. Stiles and tricky terrain have been avoided. All walks have alternative routes for wet weather and can be adapted to suit your needs.
