Nusrat Ghani, MP for Wealden, was pleased to visit Southview to meet with volunteers at the Hailsham branch of Wealden Citizens Advice.
Accompanied by Wealden District Councillor for Hailsham West Richard Grocock, Nusrat was pleased to meet with the team of volunteers based at the Hailsham office located on Western Road and discuss areas that are of most concern to local residents at present and additional Government support available.
Nusrat Ghani said: “Citizens Advice is a key local resource and I was pleased to visit the Hailsham branch of Wealden Citizens Advice to meet the fantastic volunteers and thank them in person for everything they continue to do to support thousands of Hailsham residents through free and confidential advisory services. I continue working closely with Citizens Advice to support Wealden residents through cost-of-living pressures and to raise awareness of the assistance that is in place from both national and local government to help the most vulnerable residents.”
